Certified Program: 1PASS Cost & Procurement Factors
1PASS is made available to authorities and governments via an annual user subscription fee based on the security level being used by enrollees through agreement directly from the 1PASS Authority. The internationally federated system was developed for authorities to reduce and control identity management costs while offering efficient, user friendly, maximum security protocols. Any required hardware and integration is procured based on normal RFP requirements.  Hardware components that make up the system are 1PASS pre-certified commercial off the shelf components (COTS).
