INTERPORTPOLICE works with Nordic Crisis Management

DSG Chris Trelawny supported Herbert Franke, Thomas Strom, Geir Hansen and Nordic Crisis Management’s excellent team at their Port Security Seminar held on board the MS COLOR MAGIC, sailing between Oslo and Kiel, on 11 and 12 November 2025. Over 30 Port Facility Security Officers from all over Norway exchanged views and experiences, supported by resource persons from Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Chris gave presentations on the international maritime security and facilitation regime, INTERPORTPOLICE, and countering the UAS threat in ports. INTERPORTPOLICE promotes cooperation between law enforcement agencies and private security practitioners and is happy to support member organizations’ programmes.
