Training has been a core aspect of what we do. Our focuses range from the what-ifs to what has happened. Leading practises are developed around incident management to evidenced-based awareness programmes. From the Americas to the Middle East our instructors bring methods and tactics designed to enhance public safety standards and evidence basedpractises.

Training mission

We're on a mission to change the way security is approached. Community based security is not just walking and patrolling. Awareness comes from policing tactics and working with security and the community within the security zone.

Training vision

Being ready is a four-part method of thinking, the 4 Ps, Prevent, Protect, Prepare, and Pursue. Each has its requirements, and it starts with preventative measures designed to be cost effective it works to ensure a safe environment but is ready for emergencies to crisis management.

Training focus

Our focus is our authorities. We work with them to provide training for effective protective security within their respective jurisdiction; this can range from a port to a country. In addition, we bring authorities together to learn from tactics or incident reviews based on actual methods and events.

On site tactics learning

Working in the classroom is a great way to get the basics, and better understand the pieces of operational security. Our sites are higher and bring command officers to the field working with our authority jurisdiction so others can see successful and well-managed practises.

Knowledge comes from experience and needs to be brought those who are securing the jurisdiction, from the officers to the chiefs. This can include community environment awareness tactics to security management systems.
